Great ways to detox your mind and body

Something that is toxic, is considered to be poisonous and harmful. The mind can be subjected to toxicity as well as the body. The energy of this system which is the Nervous System, it vital because it is composed of many nerves that stimulate various actions in the brain and body. It is the main "Control Center" The brain controls the body and all of its functions and it is also influenced by our mental thoughts.
Sometimes we are happy and recall happy thoughts, and sometimes when we are sad it can make us remember sadness from the past. It seems like we cant turn off all of these thoughts that are coming to the fore. Whichever thoughts that we have, they can connect us to certain emotions and emotions can influence our mood. Once we are officially in a particular mood, our body starts to transform and mold to that energy and we can continue to manifest that same type of bad thoughts or the feelings of low energy vibration energy and even depression. This is when the toxicity surfaces and If it is not treated, it can become worse and further affect us mentally and physically.
Each thought can literally make us feel some kind of way. Good thoughts help to make us feel more energized and in a positive frame of mind. The good and happy thoughts generate and secrete serotonin, which is called the "feel good hormone." So in the de-toxification process of removing toxic and harmful thoughts, from the mind, we replace unpleasant thoughts those with good thoughts it helps to stimulate serotonin to help change or mood to a more uplifting one. Here are some suggestions on how to do it.
Music speaks a "Universal Language." There is a genre for every type of mood that you want to enjoy. Put on Music that is fun, positive and upbeat. The lyrics need to be motivational in such a way that they make you think good thoughts and feel uplifted. We are trying to detoxify and created a joyful mood.
Dance and exercise in addition to listening to the music, it will be all the better because, we can burn off excess sugars that are in the blood stream which contribute to inflammation of the mind and body. The movement of exercise can increase dopamine and Endorphin levels, which also contribute to the feel good vibes. The added circulation that comes with exercise is helpful in circulating the toxic waste into the chambers that can detoxify impurities, and then escort them out through the elimination channels. Its like getting an oil change and new filter. That has got to make us feel better when we achieve this on a regular basis! "Happy Mind, Happy Body = Happy living."
